Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(up 2.18 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 1.92 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 1.6 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 1.05 per cent) and Sobha Ltd.(up 0.86 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 2.27 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.46 per cent), DLF Ltd.(down 0.44 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 0.35 per cent) and Sunteck Realty Ltd.(down 0.3 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.33 per cent at 1001.0 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 33.96 points at 24506.05, while the BSE Sensex was up 103.66 points at 80324.38.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 24 were trading in the green, while 26 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, Zomato, YES Bank, JP Power and Suzlon Energy were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Persistent System, Max Financial, ABM International, Tirupati Forge and Creative Eye hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Akshar Spintex, MEP Infrastructure, SecUR Credentials, Kamdhenu Ventures and Coffee Day Ent hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
