Adelaide Fringe is on the hunt for its 2025 poster! Professionals, beginners, hobbyists and everyone in between is encouraged to submit their design, that could become the face of Australia’s biggest arts festival for 2025.
This year’s theme is: “One For All and All for One”
Adelaide Fringe is a festival made up of hundreds of mini festivals – The Garden, Gluttony, Holden Street Theatre, Goodwood Theatres, The Garage International, Fringe activity in suburban and regional areas – the list goes on! All these great mini festivals come together to make the whole of the Fringe. The whole is greater than the sun of the parts.
The Adelaide Fringe Poster Competition is as iconic as the festival itself. Each year, the winning poster encapsulates the love and pride that people have for Fringe. The winning poster will become the symbol of Adelaide Fringe 2025, with the artist receiving a $10,000 cash prize thanks to Lumo Energy SA, and free artist registration to present their own show as part of the 2025 season.
Previous winners include iconic Australian artist Pro Hart (1982), cartoonist Michael Atchison (1984), painter Matthew Clarke (2019), contemporary Aboriginal artist Mali Isabel (2022) and multi-disciplinary visual artist Rebecca Davis (2024).
